Support, Reporting, and Data Safety Guidelines

At Karuvigal, we strive to build developer utilities that are highly performant, completely secure, and 100% private. To maintain this high standard, we process all tool operations (like formatting JSON, encoding Base64, and generating keys) entirely on the client side in your web browser. This means your raw data never touches our servers. However, when you contact us for support or submit feedback, please keep the following guidelines in mind to help us resolve your issue while protecting your privacy.

1. Never Share Secrets or Personal Data

When reporting issues with cryptography tools, JSON converters, or password generators, do not copy-paste real passwords, active API tokens, private cryptographic keys, or sensitive customer databases. If you need to demonstrate a bug, please use fake or obfuscated test data. Our team will never ask you for secrets or credentials.

2. What to Include in Bug Reports

To help us reproduce and resolve browser-side script failures or layout issues, please specify your Operating System, Browser Name and Version, and any error messages visible in the browser console. Let us know if you are using specific extensions (like ad blockers or privacy shields) that might affect local script execution.

3. Feature Requests and Suggestions

If you have ideas for new tools or enhancements to our current suite, we would love to hear them! Please describe the use case, input formats, and expected output. We prioritize additions that run fully locally in the browser to maintain our zero-data retention guarantee.

4. Privacy of Your Contact Submissions

The information you submit via this contact form (name, email address, and message) is sent to our support desk. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and troubleshoot reported bugs. We do not use your contact information for marketing, nor do we sell, rent, or share it with third parties.

Disclaimer: Karuvigal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we do our best to maintain the accuracy and stability of our offline-ready developer utilities, users are responsible for verifying outputs before using them in production systems.
